ARTIST INFORMATION
Folk Club Kids
Dan Berggren, Arielle Woodul and Connor Armbruster present Folk Club Kids: a free weekly interactive concert series for preschoolers and their caregivers, made possible by Andy and Bill Spence. Children are treated to 30 minutes of live music in a welcoming and fun environment.
Jazz Mode
Jazz Mode are a group of talented young musicians from the Caffè Lena School of Music who meet each week under the direction of instructor Matt Griffin. Together they explore the rich language of jazz the best way there is: by listening closely, playing together, and diving into the great recordings that shaped the tradition.
Question of the Century
Francis Davies and Ellie Ushakov are fans of 1960s folk music. They make original music together as Question of the Century, deploying traditional instruments, singing in harmony, and keeping their lyrics smart and spare.
Natalie Santini
Lead singer-songwriter of the band Little Saints. She has crafted her own style which lands somewhere between Americana, Indie-Folk, and Modern Soul. Natalie’s influences include Brandi Carlile, Stevie Wonder, and the Tedeschi Trucks Band.
Mark & Jill
Based in Saratoga, Mark & Jill are Eddie Award and International Blues Challenge award winners. They blend New Orleans groove with Austin soul, crafting a raw, heartfelt acoustic blues sound.
Griff
Griff is a project led by Matt Griffin that weaves together the porous edges of DIY indie, folk, country, jazz, and improvisation. An active member of the local music scene, as well as the Director of Caffè Lena’s school of music. Griff is celebrating the release of his new album Effortless Motion.
