Buying Tickets
Getting In
Caffè Lena does not use paper or digital tickets. When you arrive at the venue, simply give your name at the check-in desk — that’s it. Nothing to print, nothing to download, no app needed.
Why did I get an email asking me to download an app? When you purchase tickets through Eventbrite, they automatically send a reminder email that references downloading their app. You can ignore that — it doesn’t apply to Caffè Lena shows. Your name is already on our list.
Good To Know
Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Seating is assigned by the venue — you’ll have a chance to submit a seating request when you complete your purchase.
Refreshments are available before the show and at intermission.
Please note that Caffè Lena does not permit ticket reselling above face value. Tickets purchased for the purpose of resale may be canceled without notice and refunds will not be granted.
Members
Caffè Lena members enjoy priority seating and early access to tickets for select shows. If you’re not a member yet, joining is a great way to support live folk music while getting the best seats in the house.
