Beth Sabo Novik has been telling folktales and sharing personal stories in Saratoga Springs for decades. Specializing in Jewish-themed stories that have the power to transform, she believes storytelling is one of the most profound forces for change in the world. With a warm, engaging presence and a gift for connection, Beth brings her stories vividly to life, creating experiences that are as meaningful as they are entertaining—filled with both humor and insight for audiences of all ages.
Beth currently serves as President of the Board of Temple Sinai and maintains a private massage therapy and coaching practice, where she helps individuals release anxiety and fear. She also leads workshops focused on cultivating joy and managing stress.
When she’s not doing all that, Beth has taken up “rucking” (walking with weight) a hobby her husband, Larry, insists is entirely unnecessary, arguing that one should only carry things that are truly useful…like water and tents. Beth calls it exercise. Larry remains unconvinced.
