New Orleans-based songwriter Sabine McCalla draws from gospel, folk, soul, blues, and Americana to create music filled with emotional honesty and quiet power. Her songs feel connected to the long lineage of the Folk Revival while remaining deeply personal and contemporary. Whether delivering an intimate ballad or a rhythm-driven roots song, McCalla brings warmth, depth, and remarkable musicality to every performance. Her growing national profile has led to appearances at Newport Jazz Festival, New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, and Brooklyn Folk Festival, along with collaborations with artists including Eli “Paperboy” Reed and her sister, Leyla McCalla.
Joining her is vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Anna Moss, best known as one half of the acclaimed duo Handmade Moments. Blending elements of folk, jazz, Southern soul, porch jazz, Americana, and New Orleans street music, Moss has built a devoted following through emotionally open songwriting and adventurous, genre-crossing performances. Originally from the Ozarks and shaped by years performing in New Orleans, Moss brings raw emotional presence and a deep sense of humanity to songs centered on love, compassion, struggle, and connection.
Two deeply expressive songwriters shaped by folk traditions, Southern roots music, and fearless storytelling come together to tell the truth, hold complexity, and bring people together.
