A free pop-up health clinic held at Caffè Lena for the creative community who are uninsured and under-insured
Our goal is to enable individuals in the creative community to access healthcare in a trusted environment
so they can enjoy the best possible quality of life.
Volunteer medical professionals will provide testing, evaluation, health and wellness education, as well as assistance obtaining access to ongoing care.
This clinic will include the following services:
- VISION SCREENINGS & FREE EYEWEAR FROM SIGHT & SOUND VISION CARE
- INSURANCE NAVIGATION SERVICES
- CONNECTION TO PRIMARY CARE SERVICES
- NARCAN TRAINING & DISTRIBUTION
- BLOOD PRESSURE SCREENING
- NUTRITION SERVICES
- CANCER SCREENING PROGRAM
- HEARING SCREENING
This clinic is the idea of Jill Burnham RN-BCEN of “Mark and Jill Sing the Blues.” It is with her commitment and initiative that it is brought to the community. It is realized by the generous support of the Rotary Club of Saratoga, with additional support provided by Saratoga Hospital, Sight & Sound Vision Care for the Music Industry, and Caffè Lena.
