A coast-to-coast singer/songwriter and vocal loop artist with Midwest roots\, Spencer is a classically-trained violinist\, Americana enthusiast\, and theology graduate whose artistry blends folk\, pop\, and theatrical storytelling. Since their viral 2021 anthem “Plowshare Prayer”\, Spencer has built a devoted following around the globe\, recognized for their unflinching songwriting and pastoral stage presence. Spencer’s performances—whether in theaters\, listening rooms\, folk festivals\, queer clubs\, or church sanctuaries—keep audiences laughing one moment and weeping the next. Their catalog spans a decade\, from early autobiographical folk/pop to the 2023 EP Plant a Piano\, an intimate collection of vocally theatrical piano ballads about change\, beauty\, and impermanence.
