The humor is dry\, the observations are sharp\, and the songs carry more weight the longer you sit with them. Craigie’s new album\, I Swam Here (2026)\, was recorded in part in New Orleans with a group of handpicked musicians\, and in Oregon with longtime collaborators. The result reflects both places\, with looser\, groove-driven arrangements alongside quieter\, more reflective songs.
