This 3 finger technique includes leading bass\, bass runs\, rhythm\, arpeggios\, etc. Starting here will also serve as a great introduction to fingerpicking for strummers wanting to add right hand technique to their "tool box". In this class you techniques in all of these areas. These methods are traditionally practiced for health and well being and they have specific benefits that will help musicians play and perform. These techniques are all fairly simple to learn and can be done anywhere with no special equipment.  \n \nMark Tolstrup has taught Tai Chi\, Qi gong and related practices for over 35 years at the Tai Chi Center in Saratoga Springs\, NY. www.the-taichi-center.com Mark is also a performing musicians.
