In this class you techniques in all of these areas. These methods are traditionally practiced for health and well being and they have specific benefits that will help musicians play and perform. These techniques are all fairly simple to learn and can be done anywhere with no special equipment.  Mark Tolstrup has taught Tai Chi\, Qi gong and related practices for over 35 years at the Tai Chi Center in Saratoga Springs\, NY. www.the-taichi-center.com Mark is also a performing musicians. DESCRIPTION:Jazz		\n\n		\n			Share:\n			\n								\n				\n					\n				\n\n				\n				\n					\n				\n\n				\n				\n					\n				\n\n				\n				\n					\n				\n			\n		\n\n	 \n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nBorn\, raised\, shaped\, and inspired by his hometown of New Orleans\, Louisiana\, Andrew Duhon tours performing songs that are as much about recognizing our shared stories as they are about telling his own.  \n \nRounding out the touring trio are two of his most trusted collaborators—Myles Weeks (James Hunter Six\, Eric Lindell) on bass and Jim Kolacek (Feufollett) on drums.  \n \nBlending the gritty\, bluesy\, folksy\, country sounds of his home with the experience of traversing the country and immersing himself in the broad array of cultures across the American landscape\, Andrew’s music creates real connection between former strangers through song.
