Overit Home Grown Sessions: Sydney Worthley
Singer Songwriter

Sydney Worthley began writing songs at the age of nine, turning quiet moments into music that explores growing up, connection, and change. Her style has drawn comparisons to Taylor Swift and Phoebe Bridgers for its emotional clarity and thoughtful storytelling, with vocal textures reminiscent of artists like Florence + The Machine and Maggie Rogers.

Her latest album, It Was Nice While It Lasted (Mint 400 Records), was shaped during the quiet isolation of the pandemic. Recorded with producer John Naclerio (Imagine Dragons, American Authors) at Nada Studios, the 12-track collection blends the acoustic warmth of her earlier work with subtle touches of '80s-inspired synth-pop.

Sydney’s songs are personal and reflective, written with the intention of making listeners feel understood. She first joined us at Lena Go Round in May, where her performance left a lasting impression. We’re looking forward to welcoming her back for a full set—an evening of honest songwriting and heartfelt connection.
