Greetings – Gingerbread and hot chocolate are on the menu. Holiday songs are on the stage, and it sounds so sweet to hear you all singing along. This week brings our 27th Annual Holiday Folk Show, as well as new seasonal music by Sons of Serendip and the Swingin’ Palms. Come spend a couple hours in this wonderful old venue, surrounded by goodwill and beautiful music. We look forward to saying hi and hear how things are going.

With Special Guest Adam Hutcheson In-person tickets Watch on Caffe Lena TVJoining Lena’s resident jazz master Chuck Lamb are Jay Anderson on drums, Peter O’Brien on bass and special guest Adam Hutcheson on saxophone. A faculty member of the Skidmore College Music Department, Hutcheson performs in NYC’s staple venues such as the Apollo Theater, 55 Bar, Fat Cat, and most notably at Jazz at Kitano, where he served as the house saxophonist for the club’s Emerging Artist Series. In 2020 Hutcheson was awarded 1st place Jazz in the Unsigned Only International Music Competition.

Based here in the Capital Region, The Swingin’ Palms have performed internationally at Tiki and Surf festivals.
