Come meet The Rough & Tumble this Sunday evening! Mallory and Scott will have you in stitches one minute and wiping your eyes the next. They aren’t afraid to take an audience from the lighthearted to the gut wrenching, and they do it seamlessly, with care for their listeners and integrity to their craft.

Greetings – I have to say that it feels good to see that “Sold Out” sign on more of the Caffe’s shows these days. It’s certainly not there as often as it was back in 2019, but a new audience is growing steadily as people discover the special magic of Caffe Lena. If you’re a newcomer, thank you for taking a chance on us. Don’t wait for a name you know to pop up on the schedule–just pick a night and come! You’ll be surprised how many ways there are for music to be wonderful. For those of you who have been coming for years, we hope you’ll explore some of the new offerings, such as classes, streaming and open stage events. Every time you come through the doors with your mind open to discovery, friendship and deep feelings, you create a place of health and connection.  Thank you.

With gorgeous drone footage and green screen action scenes, their stunning indie film pairs with their new record, Dark Nights Golden Days. This evening’s screening and live performance explores the joys of the nature, addiction to technology, lost love, climate change, and life’s many simple pleasures.

Dan Navarro
In-person tickets / Watch on Caffe Lena TVNavarro has racked up major success as a songwriter, teacher, activist, recording and concert artist, session singer and voice actor. You’ve heard him in Encanto, Happy Feet and Puss In Boots. His songs have been recorded by Pat Benatar (the Grammy-nominated classic “We Belong”), The Bangles, Dave Edmunds, Dionne Warwick and more. He has released 18 albums and performed at Lena’s for 20 years with partner Eric Lowen and on his own.

In addition to his concert, Dan will be offering two workshops:
