Greetings – Bands are back on the road! We’ve got musicians coming in from Texas, Florida and Massachusetts this weekend. It’s with genuine pride that we offer you three first-time Caffe Lena artists over the next few days. Even though many venues are limiting their line-ups to the tried and true as they work to win back their audience, Caffe Lena remains a stage for musical discovery. That has been our unwavering commitment for more than 60 years, and the pandemic ain’t gonna make us break it. 😉

SECRET: Click the performer’s photo to sample their music. We hope you love what you hear! (And find out what happens if you click the cookies up top.)

See you at the show,
Sarah

No surprise we had to add a second show for Texas blues rocker Carolyn Wonderland! Queen of the Austin blues scene, Wonderland has been on stage since she was a kid. She’s played with Townes Van Zandt, Bob Dylan, Buddy Guy and Marcia Ball, Bonnie Raitt with great regularity, and most recently joined John Mayall’s band as his first female guitarist. Everything about her is radiantly passionate, from her guitar, to her singing, to her activism on behalf of eliminating hunger.

Roy Book Binder
In-person Tickets
Watch from home

If you want to experience classic Caffe Lena, this is the night for you. Book Binder has been headlining our stage since the late 60s, playing bedrock country blues and folk classics. His storytelling is as much a part of the show as the songs themselves. You’ll feel like you stepped back in time to an era when our musical heritage was passed forward person to person, in little rooms like ours.
